Spring Valley Junior Richard Chen earned the highest possible composite score on the June ACT -- a 36 -- on his first attempt.  On average, less than one-tenth of one percent of all test takers earn the top score.  Richard earned a 36 on all four sections as well as the composite.  You can read ACT CEO Jon Whitmore's congratulatory letter here. The ACT score come on the heels of the 800 Richard earned in May on the SAT Math 2 section.  Nice job Richard!
