End of Course Exam Schedule : First Semester

GUIDELINES

Exams are given during the final week of each semester.  All students are expected to take exams as scheduled -- exams cannot be taken early (in advance of the student’s assigned class).

Make-up exams may be given only under special circumstances which cause hardships such as surgery or death in the family (vacation plans, trips, etc. will not be considered as hardship situations.).  Make-up exams must be taken within three weeks of the original exam date. Written permission must be obtained from Mrs. Stacey Baker to schedule a makeup exam. Approval to reschedule the exam does not excuse the absence. Students may not sign out of school during an exam period.

All students will be required to participate in the exam schedule. Seniors may exempt exams if they have 90% or above in a class (except End of Course exams). Seniors should receive notification of exemption status by the Friday before senior exams.

PSAT Upcoming Score Release

PSAT Score Release

PSAT/NMSQT LogoStudent scores from the PSAT/NMSQT and PSAT 8/9 will be available online to students December 9–11. Students ages 13 and older who provided their email address on their PSAT/NMSQT or PSAT 8/9 answer sheet will receive an email reminder from us explaining where and how to view their scores. Students can set up a free College Board account at any time.

If a student does not see their scores when they log in, it may be that the student has created two or more College Board accounts.  Accounts are created whenever an e-mail address is entered on the answer sheet by the student.  If this is the case, you must call College Board Customer Service and tell them you need to merge your student's College Board accounts.  This is not something that can be done through Spring Valley.  You must do this through College Board.  Their telephone number is 866-433-7728.

Spring Valley will receive paper score reports in mid/late December.  Score reports will be matched with the student's test booklet from test day and distributed during advisory on January 21, 2020.
