Spring Valley student, Matt Talley, wins Best Student Car and 2nd place in his class for his Volkswagen at the 5th Annual Spring Valley Open Car & Truck Show. The Capitol City Corvette Club raised $3500 to benefit the auto program at Spring Valley.
