Spring Valley senior Josh Harlan has been selected to play in the 2013 Touchstone Energy Cooperatives Bowl North vs. South game. The 66th annual event, formerly known as the North-South All Star Football game, matches 44 of the state’s best seniors from Lower State teams against their counterparts from Upper State programs. Way to go Josh!
