Physical Science Roller Coaster Project

Freshmen Discovery and Honors Physical Science classes, in Mrs. Bailey's classroom, worked on a 5 day project creating roller coasters. Students were required to measure and calculate their roller coaster ride's speed, potential and kinetic energy and apply their physics rules to their roller coaster project. Nerielle Legaspi, one of the students said, "this project allows us to apply our physics knowledge and use our creativity as well".
