Viking Update: SV FAFSA Assistance

SV FAFSA Assistance - March 25, 2-6 p.m.

Please join us on March 25, 2014 from 2:00-6:00 p.m. at Spring Valley in the Multi-Purpose Room on the 2nd floor. Spring Valley is offering to assist seniors and their families with completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). The FAFSA is the single most important financial aid form you will complete as you apply to college. Also, the FAFSA can be a prerequisite for qualifying for private awards. Attendees are asked to bring the following to the event:

PIN #'s (one for the student and one for one of the parents) from www.pin.ed.gov.
Federal tax return and W-2's for the parents and student.
Know the current balance of checking, savings, and non-retirement investments for parents and student.
Complete the attached worksheet and bring it along. Click here for worksheet.
