Student orientation/registration will be held on Wednesday, August 5 and Thursday, August 6. Students will register by grade level and last name. Please make sure that you arrive during your designated time. More information will be coming soon.

Last name begins with A - I August 5 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Last name begins with J - Q August 5 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Last Name begins with R – Z August 5 11:00 – 12:00 p.m.
Junior Schedule:
Last name begins with A - I August 5 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Last name begins with J - Q August 5 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Last Name begins with R – Z August 5 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Freshman Schedule:
Last name begins with A - I August 5 5:00 – 6::30 p.m.

Additional Information:
- Chromebooks will be distributed to Freshmen only.
- Textbooks will not be given out during orientation. Students will receive their books the first week of school.
- Students will not be allowed to pick up their schedules during orientation if we do not have an updated proof of residency on file. Students who do not have a proof of residency on file will be withdrawn on the 10th day of school per Richland School District Two policy.
- All students new to Spring Valley will have their pictures taken for their student ID in the Media Center.
- IDs will be distributed to new students at that time.
- All students except for Seniors will have their yearbook pictures taken in the Auxiliary Gym. Please come to orientation prepared to have your yearbook picture taken.
