Chef Nicholas Whittington, Culinary Presenter for Johnson and Wales University, was the guest speaker and presenter for all of Theresa Formyduval's Culinary Arts classes on December 16, 2015. With the help of students, he prepared Szechwan Spiced Israeli Couscous which the students ate. He also talked about his experiences as a personal and private chef as well as educational opportunities and financial assistance for students at Johnson and Wales University.
