JROTC Students Kick-Off Families Helping Families

Spring Valley JROTC cadets appeared live on WIS-TV last week to kick-off the annual Christmas telethon for Families Helping Families. The host for the annual event, Palmetto Project expects to help over 3,000 families this year. Spring Valley JROTC cadets was one of the first agencies to adopt a family for Christmas season.
