Classroom Presenter for Johnson and Wales University, talked with Theresa
Formyduval’s Culinary Arts students. He discussed educational opportunities at
Johnson and Wales University as well as gave the students tips on applications,
scholarships, student organizations, and college life as they prepare for their
careers. He demonstrated his culinary knife skills cutting an onion and
preparing garlic. His cooking skills were demonstrated as he made a recipe for
Italian Stir Fry with Polenta in a Wok, which each student sampled. There is no
application fee to apply to Johnson and Wales University which is a private and
non-profit school. Students can apply in
their Junior or Senior year of high school. Approximately 99% of the students
