Richland School District Two schools are funded primarily by local taxes. Due to the large federal presence in our area and the tax exemptions available to federally connected personnel, businesses and agencies; our district is eligible to apply for federal Impact Aid Funds. Impact Aid is a federal program designed to assist local school districts that enroll federally connected students. The Impact Aid Program funds become part of Richland School District Two's general operating budget and are critical to maintaining high standards of educational excellence. Your assistance is needed in identifying students that may be federally connected as of our survey date, November 13, 2017. Impact Aid Program Survey Forms were distributed to all students on November 13. Please take a few minutes and complete the form for each Richland Two student in your household and return it back tomorrow. The information you provide on these forms is confidential.
Thank you for supporting our schools.
