2018 -2019 SVHS Senior and Junior Orientation

Student orientation/registration for Seniors and Juniors will be held on Wednesday, August 15. Students will register by grade level and last name. Please make sure that you arrive during your designated time.
Please make sure you have completed the Annual Registration before coming to orientation.
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 15th SCHEDULE:
Senior Schedule:
Last name begins with A - I August 15 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Last name begins with J - Q August 15 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Last Name begins with R – Z August 15 11:00 – 12:00 p.m.
Junior Schedule:
Last name begins with. A - I August 15 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Last name begins with. J - Q August 15 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Last Name begins with R – Z August 15 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Schedule Changes
To make a schedule change please refer to the following instructions from the School Counseling office:
*No requests can be guaranteed, courses are based on availability
*Schedules with missing periods are considered incomplete and will have priority
*A study hall on your schedule may indicate that the elective course you requested is no longer available or is full.
*Requests to be placed with specific teachers will not be processed.
*Counselors will be updating schedules daily. Please check your parent or student portal for new updates.
*Final schedules will be available in your Homeroom classes on the first day of school.
