Reminders for the Week Ahead!

As we are set to begin our first full week of school, there are a few reminders we would like to make you aware of so that you don't miss out.

Make sure you have completed your Annual Registration and Free and Reduced Meal Application. 

FEES
Make sure you have paid all student fees, all fees can be paid online through Parent Portal.  Please make sure you remember to pay the Chromebook Protection Plan (see below for complete information) of $20. 

SCHEDULES
Student schedules on Parent Portal are current. 

LAST DAY TO CHANGE SEMESTER 1 COURSE IS TUESDAY, AUGUST 28th!!

If students have a schedule conflict or want to make a schedule change request please go to https://tinyurl.com/yb84v55j  and submit your request.



NEW CHROMEBOOK PROTECTION PLAN POLICY

1. Returning Students who purchased the Chromebook Protection Plan last year have coverage through September 30, 2018 if not already used. 
2. New this year: you cannot purchase this school year’s Chromebook Protection Plan after September 30, 2018. 
3. If after September 30, 2018 you have not paid this year’s insurance, then you are no longer covered AND can no longer purchase the protection plan. You will be charged FULL PRICE for any damages that occur. 
4. If a student checks out a device and he/she has not paid in full, he/she has no coverage. Therefore we recommend: insurance first - checkout second. 

*Anyone who enrolls after September 1st has a 30 day window to pay in full. After the 30 days, the option to purchase goes away and you will be charged full price.
