The Steel Pans Project

Richland Two high school students with past musical experience are invited to join The Steel Pans Project, an ensemble for students who want to learn or continue playing the steel pans. Previous steel pans training is not required as long as the student has other musical experience.
Rehearsals are located at Dent Middle School from 4:15-6:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays and begin in September. Students must arrange their own transportation.

Interested students and parents are invited to attend an informational meeting for this program on Tuesday, September 4th, at 6:00 PM at Dent Middle School, Room C101 (near the gymnasium). For more information, please contact the director, Mr. Hipps at whipps@richland2.org.
