After you graduate or leave Richland 2 your email and Google account will be disabled. If you have things in your Google Drive that you want to keep, please use Google Takeout to save the contents of your Google Drive and your email contacts.

When your archived email arrives- you can either download your archived files on a home computer or large flash drive. Then upload your archived files into Dropbox or a personal Google Account.
