Daniel Todd, a senior at Spring Valley High School, has accepted an offer of appointment to the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) at Kings Point, New York. Todd was nominated to the federal service academy by Sen. Lindsay Graham, Sen. Tim Scott, and U.S. Representative Joe Wilson.
