This event is by no means a boring career fair. The approach is this: The teen women dress as if going to a job interview. After brunch the powerful women visit each table of eight for 10 minutes at a time. The attendees have the opportunity to ask the Powerful Women questions concerning their career, education, challenges, and successes. The Powerful Women Summit puts a face on careers and a connection with real women who have walked the walk. It is hosted by the Girl Scouts and open to both Girl Scouts and non-Girl Scouts.
