The JV Lady Vikings defeated Lugoff-Elgin 41-21. It was a overall good team effort. Scorers were Destiny Coleman 11 pts, Tykiera Wiley 7 pts, Tiara Sumpter and Kenadi Taylor 5 pts each, Kamrayn Beaman 4 pts, Jordan Vaughn 3 pts, Malaysia Irby, Alexis Mikell and Zoey Wilson each added 2pts. Record 7-1. We will be back in action on Monday, 5:30 at Blythewood.
JV Boys Basketball
We were able to come and apply full court pressure and force turnovers which lead to easy baskets for us and the result was a 60-21 win. Freshman Antwann Moore led us in scoring with 12 points. Quincy Hill 8pts., Darius Cohens 7pts., Qymaine Sanders 7pts., JaCobie Elkins 6pts., Bryson Earle 6pts., Joshua Galloway 6pts., Cornelius Grady and Nicholas Johnson each had 2pts. We improved our record to date to 5-1 and look forward to our challenges next week as we face Blythewood and Ridge View.
