JV Girls Basketball
The JV Lady Vikings defeated Ridge View 39-33 last night. Good overall team effort. Scorers were Tykiera Wiley 13 pts, Tiara Sumpter and Destiny Coleman 8 pts each, Kenadi Taylor 4 pts Kamryn Beaman, Kymber Lee and Alexis Mikell 2 pts each. We will be back in action on Wednesday and Thursday, at SV vs Dutch Fork and Westwood at 5:30 p.m.
B-Team
The B-Team lost to Ridge View last night 38 - 41. It was a very hard fought game that went back and forth down to the final play. It was the best all around game by the team this year. The leading scorer in the game was Dallin Brown with 11 points while Christian Humphries added 9 points and 10 rebounds. Our next game is at home on Wednesday against Dutch Fork.
JV Boys Basketball
A good team road win last night for us as we beat Ridge View 46-34 bringing our record to 12-2. We got off to a slow start but our defensive energy picked up and we began to force turnovers which helped us get a lead and keep that lead. Proud of the way we never gave up and the guys stuck together when things weren't going our way.
