JV Football (Thursday Night)
Last night the JV football beat Blythewood High School 22-0 at Harry Parone Stadium. The team captain was Tyler Gilbert. Alex Hererra, Alex Haigler and Jacquez Terrell had touchdowns for the Vikings. Jaden Gardner had some excellent runs along with Quinard Cox to set these touchdowns up. There was a very interesting two point conversion where fullback Jacquez Terrell passed the ball to Quarterback Alex Hererra and he took it in for the conversion--which both athletes deny was pre-planned.

On defense, we had a great night. Isaiah Miller had some great open field tackles, Chriss Goff had some great tackles for losses, C.J. Barns was again a force from his position with a sack, and Antion Irvin batted down a pass at the line of scrimmage. Jordan Hamilton had a strong performance with 3 sacks.
