On Wednesday, January 25th, 2017 ManUp mentors and mentees visited the University of South Carolina for a campus tour. Our tour, which was guided by a USC Ambassador, started at the Mckissick Museum on the historic Horseshoe. The tour spanned from the H. William Close Building to Longstreet Theatre. After we concluded our tour we spoke with an admissions counselor regarding entry requirements. Two University of South Carolina seniors shared their experiences on being a Gamecock and discussed their post-graduate plans. The tour was very valuable and our ManUp mentees left with some great insights on how they can enhance their academic profile before applying to colleges and universities.
