Spring Valley JROTC students volunteer at Ft. Jackson Cemetery on Saturday, Dec 16, for Wreaths Across America. JROTC students “stood guard” alongside gravestones and stacks of wreaths, then handed wreaths to people who wanted to place them on gravesites. After all, others were finished, students placed wreaths on gravesites as well.
