Parents of Third-Year Students!Your third-year student was given a parent survey for you to complete. The deadline for completing and returning the survey is Friday, March 23rd.
Surveys can be returned to the Main Office at Spring Valley (there is a collection box there) or by mailing it to the State Department of Education at:

If your student did not receive the parent survey in advisory (either because your student was absent or because there was a substitute), those parent survey envelopes were mailed to your home address listed in PowerSchool.
