SECOND SEMESTER AFTER SCHOOL STEEL PANS PROGRAM
Just a follow-up reminder for those students interested in the after school Steel Pans Project. The second semester has begun and is still welcoming any student who wishes to participate.
Richland Two high school students with past musical experience are invited to join The Steel Pans Project, an ensemble for students who want to learn or continue playing the steel pans. Previous steel pans training is not required as long as the student has other musical experience.
Rehearsals are located at Dent Middle School from 4:15-6:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays and begin this week. Students must arrange their own transportation. Rehearsals are located in Room C101, at Dent Middle School (near the gymnasium). For more information, please come to a rehearsal or contact the director, Mr. Hipps at whipps@richland2.org.
