Today many of our faculty and staff brought their middle school students to work for annual Job Shadow Day. Job shadowing is a great way for students to learn more about a particular field of work by seeing it "up close and personal". For many students, this opportunity is their first introduction to the workplace and the skills necessary to be a productive employee. A job shadowing experience might make a difference in the life of a student by giving that student a new vision for their future. Spring Valley was glad to have these students here today.
