Congratulations to our many students who auditioned for the Region Band seats, and for those who made the cut to audition for the All-State Band.Our band students who earned seats in All-State Band, just returned last night from the March 10-12 clinic and performance at Furman University.

While at All-State, Chris Juhn, 1st Chair Senior All-State, also was awarded the "Outstanding Bandsman Award" by the International Bandmasters Fraternity Phi Beta Mu. A huge honor. Chris Juhn also auditioned at 8:00AM Friday morning for the Phi Beta Mu Scholarship. All-State Seniors are nominated to audition for this award, of which 22 Seniors participated. Chris earned 2nd place, which will award him $500.00 toward his college tuition or expenses.
