Congratulations to all of our Discovery students for their accomplishments at the South Carolina Junior Academy of Science Annual meeting on April 13th. Awards were given based on their written research papers and oral presentations (please see attached). Spring Valley students won many awards, but ALL students were winners! Three of our students, Bushra Islam, Karen Lee, and Philip Richardson were nominated to attend and present their research at the national American Junior Academy of Science conference in Chicago, Illinois, in February, 2014.
