Congratulations to Theresa Formyduval, Spring Valley Culinary Arts instructor, who received a 2013 Sparkleberry
Country Fair Teacher Grant for her Cake Decorating in Baking and Pastry Course. The grant money was raised from the 2013 Sparkleberry Country Fair.
After an application review process, teachers were selected to receive
grants for various programs and projects for their students. The
Sparkleberry Country Fair is held annually the last Saturday in April.
Proceeds from the Fair benefit Richland Two students through
