Varsity Girls Basketball
On Wednesday, December 11th, the Lady Vikings defeated Lancaster 49-39. This ups their season record to 6-0.  Some of the stats for the game are as follows: Akia Dunlap- 11 points, 3 rebounds; Cierra Carter- 11 points, 8 rebounds, 8 steals; Briana Hill- 11 points, 6 rebounds, 3 steals; Megan Davis- 8 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals; Raven Fleming- 5 rebounds, 1 block, 1 assist, 1 steal; Bayleigh Ponds- 2 points, 1 rebound, 1 steal; Keisha Greene- 2 rebounds, 2 steals, 2 assists.

JV Girls Basketball
The JV Lady Vikings defeated Lancaster 47-10 on Wednesday, Dec. 11th, to improve their record to 6-0.  We were lead on offense by Anaja Matthews with 17 points, Breanna Martinez 13 points, Sabrina Martinez 9 points and Cierra Wilson and Keirra Lowe both contributed 4 points.  The JV Lady Vikings will be back in action on Saturday, Dec. 14th at Home against Westwood in their final game before the Winter break. All five teams will be in action on Saturday, Dec. 14th beginning at 2:00. Please come out and support all the Viking teams.

B-Team Boys Basketball

The B-Team improved to 3-0 Monday, Dec. 9th, with a win over Lancaster. Our team came out with a forceful defense which caused a lot of turnovers. We capitalized on the other teams mistakes and took an early lead and a 32-16 halftime lead. We came out in the second half with the same mindset which led to the final score being 54-34. Our leading scorer was Daveon Davis with 15 points. Great effort on the road by the entire team!

B-Team Basketball

The B-Team improved to 4–0 Thursday, Dec. 12th, with a win at Lexington High School. It was an up and down first half, with us having a 32–31 lead at halftime. Our five starters came out with a solid defensive performance the entire second half to secure the win for us down the stretch. The final score was 54–46. Our leading scorer was Jonathan Mikell with 20 points. Other scorers were Daveon Davis with 15 points and Rob Gantt with 11 points. Brendan Hicks and Noah Guyton also combined for 10 points and had key rebounds in the second half.
