Mr. Roscoe Wilson, Jr. was a guest speaker in Mrs. Sandra Wells’ Entrepreneurship 1st and 2nd period classes. He has his own consulting business (R. C. Wilson Group) and he is also a Sports Trainer. Mr. Wilson is also a Lobbyist and a Community Developer. He talked to the students about what it takes to become a successful entrepreneur. Mr. Wilson shared with the class that being an entrepreneur is a mindset and they have to think differently. He also stated that it is imperative that you know what is going on around you and how it is going to affect your business. Lastly, he shared with the students that they should strive to become an expert in their field, in order to be just as competitive as the next person.
