B-Team Boys Basketball
B-Team had another good win last night to continue the good start of the season, winning 52-65 at Northwestern High School. This improves our record to 2-0. We jumped out to a early lead and maintained control throughout the game. The leading scorer was Jamal Williams with 18 points. Other scorers were; Alex Haigler (15),Lincoln Smith (11), Mike Simmons (8), Rashaad Williams (6). Darius Cohens, Da' Quann Dewitt, Kobe Bond, and Cornelius also scored. Great all around effort by the entire team. Our next game is Monday at Sumter.
JV Girls Basketball
The JV Lady Vikings lost to Northwestern 19-27. We were lead in scoring by Tierney Porter with 10 points, Sabrina Martinez 7 points and Tiara Sumpter 2 points. The Lady Vikings will be back in action on Monday @ Sumpter at 5:30 p.m.
JV Boys Basketball
Lost a close one to Northwestern 33-34. Zaquan Grant lead all scorers with 10pts. Julian Smith and Keandre Jones were the second leading scorers with 6pts each.
