On Wednesday, January 7, during late-start, Spring Valley teachers had the opportunity to participate in the Spring Valley Blended Learning Fair. A number of teachers presented mini-sessions that allowed other teachers to learn about blended learning tools and practices to increase student engagement and success. Each teacher had the opportunity to attend two sessions among a wide range of options, including Common Curriculum, Google Drive, Class Flow, Lesson paths, Blendspace, Edmodo, Educannon, Padlet, Geddit, Voicethread, Multimedia Lab Reports, Kahoot, Google Hangouts, Remind 101, Smore, the SVH Resource Website, formative assessments, and blogging. It was a fast-paced hour of instruction by teachers for teachers.
