Any senior who has a numerical grade of 90 or above can exempt his or her exam unless the course requires the state end-of-course test. The exemption only applies to the period during which the exam is actually given; the student will be marked absent if he/she misses any other periods.
Seniors do not need to pick up forms at the Attendance Office this year. We've changed the procedure so NO SENIOR EXEMPTION FORMS are needed. Teachers have been asked to notify the Attendance Office of each student who has exempted the exam. Seniors who have questions about exempting an exam should check with their teachers.
