JV Girls Basketball defeats Westwood 42-27

B-Team Boys defeats Westwood 65-36

JV Girls Basketball

The JV Lady Vikings defeated Westwood 42-27 last night. Leading scorer was Tireny Porter with 23 points. Ebony Graham added 8 points, Breanna Martinez 5 points, Ti'Asia Williams, Kei'Yona Jordan and Tiara Sumpter added 2 points each. The JV Lady Vikings will be back in action on Thursday, January 29 at home against Lugoff-Elgin. Record 11-2, Region 5-0

B-Team Boys Basketball

The B-Team rebounded with a strong game against Westwood. The final score was 65-36, which improves our record to 8-2 overall. We got out to an early lead and the entire team did their part to keep that lead. The leading scorers in the game were Lincoln Smith with 17 points and Darius Cohens with 15 points. Great game by all! Next game is February 2nd at Blythewood at 6:45 pm.
