What Students Can Expect When Pursuing Careers in Culinary Arts
The students in Ms. Formyduval's Culinary Arts classes heard about culinary arts careers from Chef Michelle Goggins, a Culinary Specialist with the International Culinary Schools at the Art Institutes, on Tuesday, April 7 in their classroom. After the presentation, students watched Chef Goggins use knife and other culinary skills to cook Calabacitas con Maize. They enjoyed sampling the new recipe which included onions, garlic, tomatoes, chile peppers, corn, and summer squashes which she cooked together and then served in Tostitos Scoops.
