JV Girls Basketball
The JV Lady Vikings defeated Irmo last night 31-18. It was a good overall effort for a regular season opener.We were led in scoring by Destiny Coleman with 10 points. Other scorers were Kymber Lee 5 points, Kenadi Taylor and Tiara Sumpter 3 points each, Shalyn Jacobs, Kamryn Beaman, Kennede Patrick, Malaysia Irby, and Tykiera Wiley added 2 points each. Record 2-1. The next game is this Thursday here at SV, 5:30 vs Nothwestern followed by the Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys. Please come out support the teams!
B-Team Boys Basketball
B-Team opened up the season against Irmo last night. We fell into a hole early in the game and fought hard to get back into the game, but fell short. Great defensive game by the entire team. The leading scorer was Dallin Brown with 16 points. Our next game is Wednesday at Northwestern.
