Congratulations to the Lady Vikings for winning the District 9 officials Christmas Tournament! Tournament MVP Shantay Taylor led the way with 21 points and 20 rebounds in the Finals. She averaged 16.3 ppg and 8.7 rebounds per game. Other contributors for the tournament were Christian Hithe with 13 ppg and Anaja Matthews with 9.3 ppg and 10 steals. Dominique Hill had 9 assists and 14 deflections. Freshman Taylor Lewis tallied 6 blocks and averaged 5.7 rebounds for the tournament. Up next for the vikings is an away game with White Knoll.
