JV Girls Basketball
The JV Lady Vikings defeated White Knoll 24-19 last night in a low scoring contest. We were led on offense & rebounding by Tiara Sumpter with 8 pts, Tykiera Wiley added 6 pts, Malaysia Irby and Destiny Coleman 4 pts each and Kamryn Beaman 2 pts. We will be back in action at home 5:30 on Thursday against Lugoff-Elgin.
JV Boys Basketball
We start this new year off right with a victory against White Knoll 60-25. We played hard and our full court pressure was too much for them to handle as we caused over 20 turnovers. Great team effort and every player got a opportunity to play. Our leading scorer was Darius Cohens with 14pts., JaCobie Elkins 9pts., Quincy Hill 8pts., Cornelius Grady 8pts., Bryson Earle 7pts., Qymaine Sanders 6pts., Antwann Moore 3pts., Montray Middleton 2pts., Kobe Bond 2pts., and Joshua Galloway 1pt.
