Lady Vikings Capture Region Championship

Your Lady Vikings defeated Westwood 65-36 to capture the Region Championship. The Lady Vikings were led in scoring by Chrisitan Hithe with 18 points. Followed by Shantay Taylor with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Anaja Matthews chipped in 10 points. Other scorers: Freshman, Taylor Lewis with 6 points, 2 blocks and 8 rebounds; Dominique Hill with 5 points and 5 assists. Joi Jones (4pts), Ebony Graham (3pts), Kristian Wall (2pts) and Baylor Davis.

Also congratulations to Christian Hithe (Player of The Year), Shantay Taylor and Dominique Hill for being selected to the Region IV All-Region Basketball Team.

The first round of the State Playoffs begin Today at Spring Valley. Please come out at 6:30 and support the Lady Vikings versus Byrnes High School!
