Congratulations to Mr. David Allison

Mr. David Allison, band director at Spring Valley was recognized Saturday, March 12th from the Theta Chapter of Phi Beta Mu awarding him with a plaque for being an Outstanding Bandmaster. Congratulations to Mr. Allison!
