Spring Valley High School Culinary Arts students, Gena Clark and Rianna Shelton, assisted with the Spring Valley Education Foundation Dinner on March 4, 2017 held at R2i2. They and their teacher, Theresa Formyduval, worked with Chef Vinnie Livoti, Chef Jamel Reynolds and Chef Yasmeen Bull, using their culinary skills to set up, cook, and serve guests at the dinner/auction event.
