Spring Valley High School HOSA has been selected as the Midlands and CATE Region II winner for the South Carolina Department of Education, Office of Career and Technology Education, 2017 CATE Service Learning Program of the Year.
The CATE Region II includes all school districts in Cherokee, Chester, Fairfield, Lancaster, Lexington, Richland, Spartanburg, and Union counties.
