Students in Theresa Formyduval's Culinary Arts 2 class, Gena Clark, Fidel Manglona, Jeremiah Narciso, Kenny Perry, and Tyler Ulness worked at CiCIs Pizza with owner Mitch Uehling and cooks, Maria Enriquez and Guadalupe Dominquez, to learn how a pizza business is operated and pizzas are made. Mitch Uehling came to the class and talked with the students about what is involved in running his business on May 1 and then the students went to CiCis on May 4 to experience making dough balls, sauces, and preparing pizzas at his business.
