Rising Seniors - Senior Picture Information

The juniors are now officially seniors!  That means it is time for pictures.  In just over a week, rising seniors will be taking their  formal senior portraits in the Commons on June 12-15 from 9am-4pm.  Click here  for a list of appointment times for each student, but before heading to school, please read the important details below:

1. Each senior is given an appointment time (see list here), but if you can not make that time, please call the studio at 803-788-1605 (option 3) and reschedule during the make-up week in July.  The make-up dates are July 17-20.  Please do not call Spring Valley to change the appointment time -- that can only be done through the studio. Reminder cards from Lifetouch/Prestige Portraits are also being mailed to your residence.

2. NEW THIS YEAR - There will no longer be the option of getting senior pictures taken at the studio.  Lifetouch/Prestige Portraits will only be working out of schools from this point.  If you absolutely can not make either your original appointment in June or the make-up appointment in July, you will be able to get your senior picture taken at school in September, but you will not have the option to choose your *second picture.

***3.  As a senior, you will have two pictures in the yearbook.  One in either a drape or tuxedo (these are provided by the photographers), and one additional one taken by LifeTouch/Prestige (be creative and unique for this one). You will NOT be allowed to submit a photograph that was taken by someone else, even if done professionally.  Only pictures taken by Lifetouch/Prestige will appear in the people section of the yearbook - no exceptions.   Seniors who miss both summer appointments will still have two photographs in the yearbook, but they will most likely both be formal shots taken in the drape or tuxedo.  Click here for an example of the senior section from this year's book that shows the general look of the senior section.  Note the picture of the seniors with two formal looks.

4.  If you have any questions, please email Lisa Brindel at lbrindel@richland2.org.
