Chef Austin Vennetti, Culinary Classroom Presenter, and Melisa Bates, Admission Representative, from Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte recently visited Theresa Formyduval’s Culinary Arts classes at Spring Valley High School. Chef Vennetti demonstrated making One Pan Gnocchi with Italian Sausage and Melisa Bates talked about the admissions requirements.
