The varsity Lady Vikings Softball team suffered their first region loss in a battle for first place against Lugoff Elgin. Some player highlights were as follow Mary Sullivan 1-3 (1) HR. The Lady Vikings kept it close through 5 with a score of 4-2 Lugoff before losing 9-2. The team is looking forward to revenging they're lost this Friday at home as they host Lugoff.

JV lady Vikings suffered a heartbreaking 11-3 loss to region foe LE Tuesday afternoon. The Lady Vikings are looking forward to a rematch on Friday as they host LE.

Girl's Soccer

The Varsity girls soccer team returned to action last night taking on Dutch Fork at home. It was a tight back and forth contest with the Vikings controlling most of the action. After being tied 0-0 at the half, the girls were finally able to break through in the 69th minute off of a free kick from Austin Lea from the other end of the field that found Karah Barry who was able to put the game-winning shot over the Dutch Fork keeper. The defense was able to hold on and register their 7th shutout of the season. The girls host Sumter tonight in a Region IV matchup. 

The Junior Varsity girls soccer team hosted an exciting game against Dutch Fork last night. The two teams fought hard back and forth, goal to goal to end the game 4-4 and go into overtime. 2 five minute halves and no score change sent the Vikings into a penalty kick shootout where they won 2-0. The Vikings play again at home tonight against Sumter. The stats are below.

Last night the Junior Varsity girls soccer team took on Sumter at home. The Vikings scored early on in the first half, but Sumter came back in the second half to tie it and go into over time. After a tough ten minutes, Sumter won with a score of 3-1. The Vikings will take on Blythewood away on Tuesday. The stats are below.

It was a fun night at Ben Stern Stadium as the Varsity girls soccer team won 8-0 over Sumter. Maya Hamzy got the scoring going early with a hat trick in the game's first ten minuted. Karolina added 2 goals more goals. Other goals scored were by Austin Lea , Sara Ormond, and Sydney Hudock. The girls record improved to 9-1 overall and 3-0 in the region. The Vikings travel to Blythewood Tuesday with first place in the region on the line.

The Lady Vikings Track & Field team had a successful weekend at the Coaches Classic meet hosted by Dutch Fork HS.  A few highlights from the meet are:  6th place 100m (Amaryah White); 2ndplace 4x100 relay (Kori Addison, Jonnica Fuller, Mikayla Turner, Amaryah); 2nd & 3rd place 400 hurdles (Jasmine Hughley & Chalayna Scott respectively); 7th place 200m (Amaryah); 2nd place 4x400 relay (Mikayla, Jasmine Dunlap, Chalayna, Amaryah).

We travel to Blythewood for a region dual meet on Wednesday, March 27th
