Congratulations to the winners of the 2013 Miss Spring Valley Pageant. Jarden Wilson was crowned Miss Spring Valley 2013 and received a $1000 scholarship; Courtney Phipps was crowned Miss Senior and received a $500 scholarship; Ansley Seay was crowned Miss Junior and tied for Miss Grand Talent; Amanda Campbell was crowned Miss Sophomore and won Judges Interview and tied for Miss Grand Talent; Joi Roberson was crowned Miss Freshman and Miss Congeniality; Megan Fletcher was awarded Miss Viking Spirit.
