Students Welcome Guest Speaker from Junior Achievement

The Career Prep Program invited Mrs. Valerie Wright, from Junior Achievement, to speak to the students. Mrs Wright’s central focus for her presentation was on the importance of the 4 “Cs” in the workplace and how it relates to real world situations. The 4 “Cs” are creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration. Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization that brings real world and job readiness situations through a hands-on curriculum. This program helps to ignite the spark in students that will foster that future entrepreneur and encourage work readiness skills. Mrs. Wright will continue to work with students, inspiring them to be life-long learners.  Thank you Mrs. Wright!
