"I never thought they'd pick me" was Rob Wells' reaction when the email showed up in his Inbox, informing the Spring Valley science teacher that he had been selected to be a Google Glass Explorer. Wells read an article online about Google Glass and knew immediately that it could be a great instructional tool in a variety of courses. Glass is not yet available to the public, and Google is not saying how many people have been allowed to buy it. Thanks to the generosity of the Education Foundation, a pair will reside at Spring Valley for any teacher or student to use.
