Our boys basketball team had a tough lost against Blythewood Tuesday night. We lost at the buzzer 74 to 77. Our leading scores were Jordan Bruner with 19 points, Marcus Hollway 12 points, John Miller 9 points and Kenneth Legette & Ja'lon Williams both added 4 points each. Varsity Girls Basketball
On Tuesday night at the Valley, the Lady Vikings defeated Blythewood 52-40 to up their record to 14-1 overall and 2-0 in the Region. Leading the way was Cierra Carter with 23 points and 10 rebounds. She also was 15 for 15 from the free throw line. Next in scoring was Akia Dunlap with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Briana Hill netted 7 points, followed by Mileesha Doctor with 4, Keisha Greene and Bayleigh Ponds added 3 points and Megan Davis followed with 2 points. Our next game is with rival Ridge View on Friday, January 17 at Ridge View.
